The process of tumbler
First, charge:
Close the cap and screw the suction hose into the suction fitting. Then press the suction button to start the suction. Suction is completed, press the suction stop button, unscrew the suction joints, replaced stuffy caps, which completed the filling process.
Second, operation:
According to the product process, process parameters are set on the man-machine interface. The process parameters of each product include total tumbling time, forward rotation time, reversal time, pause time, tumbling method, tumbling speed, and the first time adding auxiliary materials. There are a total of nine kinds of time, the second supplementary material time, and the tumble end time. Some (0 to 29) of a total of 30 programs (ie, 30 product process parameters) can be memorized.
When the tumbling kneading mode is set as the tumbling kneading, the tumbling kneader will perform forward rotation and reverse rotation in a vacuum state and pause in the normal pressure state. That is: Start → Forward (vacuum to set the vacuum level, and keep) → Pause (vacuum, maintain normal pressure until the end of the suspension) → Reverse (vacuum to set the vacuum, and keep) → pause (put Vacuum, maintain normal pressure until pause finished) → Forward rotation (vacuum to set vacuum degree, and hold) → Pause (vacuum, maintain normal pressure until pause finish) ... Pause after reaching the first and second additional material time At the same time, the alarm signal light is on. When the worker adds the material cover and fills the lid, press the feed end button to continue the tumbler operation until the total time for rolling is reached.
When the tumbling and kneading mode is set to vacuum tumbling, the tumbler will be under vacuum state: start (vacuum, and keep the vacuum until the total tumbling time arrives) → forward → pause → reverse → pause → forward → ... After the arrival of the first and second supplementary materials, it pauses. At the same time, the alarm signal light is on. When the worker adds the material cover, the end button is pressed to allow the tumbler to continue running until the total time is over.
When the tumbling and kneading mode is set to normal pressure tumbling, the tumbling kneading machine will be in the state of normal pressure: start → forward → pause → reverse → pause → forward → → to reach the first and second time after adding auxiliary materials Suspension, at the same time, the alarm signal light is on, and when the worker adds the stuffing lid and press the feeding end button, the tumbler continues to run until the total time is over.
In addition, the drive unit of this machine has adopted the frequency conversion velocity modulation, the user may carry on the stepless adjustment between the fast (12 rev/min) and the slow speed (1 rev/min) at any time according to the need.
Third, unloading
After the total time of tumbling is reached, the drum will automatically stop and keep the inside of the drum in vacuum state and continue counting until the set still time reaches, an alarm signal will be issued to prompt the operator to open the lid and remove the material in the drum. Press the vacuum button at this time to eliminate the vacuum. At this time, remove the cylinder cover. Then press the discharge button, the drum will rotate in the direction of the discharge (clockwise), so that the meat will be sent out by itself. The entire process flow is completed in a container such as a meat cart under the nozzle.
